Henry was a dedicated and highly valued employee of 3M for 31 years, serving in several different capacities and in various locations throughout the country. Upon his retirement in 1991, he founded Plastic Recyclers Southeast, Inc. in Decatur, Alabama and lead the company to many years of success and significant growth. In 2002, he was awarded the Decatur Chamber of Commerce’s Small Businessman of the Year award. He was a generous philanthropist and community volunteer, supporting Junior Achievement as well as past president of The Decatur Daybreak Rotary Club. His life and powerful legacy will continue to provide a positive influence on our company, on his family and this community for many years to come.
Grant joined PRSEI in 2004 a few years after graduating from Auburn University in 2001 with a BS degree in logistics & supply chain management. Over the past 19+ years, he has been a key component to the overall growth and success of PRSEI through his many roles at the company. One of his most significant contributions is the initiation and development of the Plastic Recyclers Inventory Tracking System (PRITS), a proprietary, web-based database tool that allows customers to track their materials in real-time and generate various, customizable reports. This system has proven to be a key component to winning and retaining business. Grant continues to oversee the day-to-day operations of the company as the COO, and is also a significant contributor to sales and new business development. Grant is married and has three boys.

Jeff, a seasoned entrepreneur and leader in the plastic recycling industry, is the founder and lead officer of the Menomonie, Wisconsin, office of Plastic Recyclers Southeast. With nearly two decades of experience as a master plumber, Jeff’s expertise helps drive innovation and eco-conscious practices at his facility. His commitment to sustainability has positioned the company as a prominent player in sustainability and waste management. Jeff is a devoted family man (four children and nine grandchildren) and a community leader actively engaged in local initiatives, particularly within his church, to promote stewardship and community development. Jeff’s passion for environmental conservation continues to fuel PRSEI’s mission of reducing plastic waste and creating a cleaner, greener future.

Since 2018, Adam has worked alongside his father in the Menomonie, Wisconsin, office, overseeing a wide variety of responsibilities. Adam brings extensive experience in inventory and warehousing management, having developed and implemented complex logistical systems for large, corporate customers. His IT expertise also enhances operations, driving efficiency and productivity and fostering strong customer relationships. Outside of his professional life, Adam is a devoted husband and father of three children. He is also a community leader, actively involved in his church and veteran organizations such as Fallen Outdoors.

Cindy grew up in South Louisiana and after graduating from the University of Louisiana, went to work for a major oil company. After joining Plastic Recyclers Southeast, Inc., in 1994, she was excited for the opportunity to enter the fast-growing plastics recycling industry. In her 30-year career, Cindy has proven very successful in helping both buyers and sellers in industrial markets turn single transactions into long-term, beneficial relationships. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and her other interests include exploring the Tennessee River and playing pickleball.

Jack began his career in the plastics industry in 1990 as a member of the team that pioneered the Pantone Plastics Color System (PPCS), a colored plastic chip system allowing designers to specify color in various plastic substrates. In 1995, he founded International Color Management, Inc., a custom color extrusion company offering masterbatch and pre-colored plastics correlated to the PPCS. In 1998, he joined Enpol as a regional sales manager for prime and wide-spec engineering grade resins in the southeastern US. Jack has worked closely with PRSEI for many years and has recently joined the company and is primarily responsible for sales and new business development. Jack is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and is married and has three children and three grandsons.

Since 2019, Chasity Reed has served as the Office Manager, juggling multiple responsibilities, including bookkeeping, purchasing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Chasity plays a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly day in and day out. She has been instrumental in streamlining our administrative processes, optimizing efficiency, and maintaining financial integrity. Outside of the office, Chasity is a devoted wife and mother of four children, which leaves her with little time for anything else.

Hope Thompson is the spirited backbone of our administrative operations and the guardian of PRITS, our proprietary inventory management system. With her keen organizational skills and attention to detail, Hope ensures our administrative operations run efficiently. Hope brings more than just professionalism to the table; she infuses our workplace with her infectious sense of humor. Her quick wit and playful banter keep us entertained and uplifted, even during the busiest of days.
