Plastic Recyclers Southeast, Inc.
Position Overview:
As an independent sales representative, you play a key role in expanding our market presence and increasing sales of our plastics materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plastics sales, a self-driven entrepreneurial spirit and excellent organization and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to promote and sell our plastics materials.
- Identify and prospect new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide customized solutions to meet their plastic material requirements.
- Collaborate with our internal logistics team to ensure timely delivery, quality assurance and on-time customer payment.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive products.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team via our CRM system.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the plastics industry.
- Strong knowledge of plastic materials and plastics processing.
- An established book of customers in the plastics industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
Education and Certifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in plastics sales or a related field.
Compensation
- This is a commission-based sales position with a very favorable percentage of the overall sale.
- Earning potential is uncapped.
